What we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the details of what you ordered. If you message us on WhatsApp we keep a record of that conversation. We do not collect or store card details; payments are handled by our payment provider.

Why we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to confirm payment, to tell you when an order has been dispatched, and to answer your questions. Where you have ticked the box asking for it, we also send occasional updates about new products and promotions by email and by WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with the companies that help us run the service: the courier and logistics partners who deliver your order, our payment provider, our email provider, and WhatsApp for the messages we send you. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Marketing messages and how to stop them

Marketing messages go only to people who have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time. On WhatsApp, tap Stop promotions on any message, or reply STOP. By email, use the unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@kivuleaf.com and we will remove you. Messages about an order you have placed are not marketing and will continue until that order is complete.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details and marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. Write to info@kivuleaf.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date shown at the top of this page.
